In case of cancellation of the booking prior to departure or if the booked trip is not canceled or for a reason that is not listed below as a cancellation case, the following cancellation fees apply:
• 1day before tour start: 50% of the excursion price.
• 0days before tour start: 100% of the excursion price.
A free cancellation (if existing below) is available if the customer informs Travelassistant24 before the tour start about the travel prevention (s.below) and submit a confirmation of the doctor with diagnosis or police.
Free cancellation is due to one of the following reasons
• the customer's inability to travel, the onset or continuation of the journey is prevented
• Serious accident or illness of the customer, his spouse, his children, parents, in-laws
• death of the mentioned group of people or siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, children in law of an excursionist
• Sudden onset of unpredictable severe pregnancy symptoms
• vaccine intolerance
• Unforeseen recurrence or aggravation of a chronic condition
• Significant property damage to the customer's property at his place of residence as a result of fire, natural disasters, or a criminal offense committed by a third party that makes his presence mandatory.

The whole experince was excellent with our tour Guide Tumay< Yildiz showing passion and expertise in this field of Tour Guiding. He was very respectful to everyone but also open to connect with us at a personal level. Learnt quite a lot from him. I was unable to personally thank him, please pass gratitude to him. Howvever, the filming of the tour was a bit unnecessary for me personally because we were all busy taking pictures for our selves and extra pictures were not necessary. I personally was forced to pay extra money because i felt pressured because the pictures were already printed and i had to take them. Maybe, next time the photographer should ask thoise who want their pictures taken first and tell them the price before doing the picture taking and the filming. I felt this was a clever way to make extra money without clear information before hand. Of course this is business, but PLEASE be clear in the BEGINNING. In terms of organising, i find it was very good organised. Thank you. I will definitely book with you again for futureexercusions

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Negativ war, dass das Essen sehr spät war. Wir hatten eine Kleinigkeit mitgebracht und konnten im Hotel frühstücken. Andere aus der Gruppe hatten diese Möglichkeit nicht.
